Started to go through a big box of photos that we've taken through the years. It should take a lot of time to go and pick my photos out for a memorial slideshow.

I took my wife to a doctors appointment this morning. Tried again to get the hood open on my 1994 Ranger. I've tried a couple dozen times. WD40 didn't help. Crow bar didn't help. Sprayed rust dissolver on it tonight. I hope that helps. The check engine light has been on the last 6 or 8 times I drove it. If/when I get it open I'll take it to a mechanic. Many years ago a friend and I took it off to get it painted. We didn't get it on the right way I guess. As long as I pushed it closed it was fine. The last time I had it open I let it slam and now can't get it open. Any ideas? I sprayed for bugs tonight. My new dentist is coming by Friday to pick up his rifles. Tonight I've been mounting scopes and lights.

Try Boeshield.

Glad to hear you're doing okay. In the US, that'd be a "Following Too Close" citation for the bloke behind you.

What kind of car you thinking of getting?
Could just as well distracted driving., i.e. following a safe distance until our friend hit the brakes and then failing to react. Which is what happened to my wife last Friday.

Had a doctors appointment to go over the prep for my upcoming Colonoscopy. Then I filled the back of the Explorer with recycling. I really need to get rid of it mor often. I got some ammo in the mail. My wife's new walker showed up too. The directions on the stuff from China are bad. But I figured it out. This one has all terrain 10" tires and springs. Heavy too.

Ughh, my Dr.'s appointment is Monday for the same thing. Already talked to the health nurse getting my med. history.

I finished going through all the pictures we've ever taken in our life for the first round, and I separated out my pictures, and my in-laws pics ,for my wife. I'm going to do the same thing with five other envelopes so that each person will have their pictures separated. It's approx. 2K photos.
I will have around 250 photos for my celebration of life event completed so that nobody has to be troubled doing it whenever it comes. After reviewing my life's photos, I have had a very good life. :bravo:

Got a haircut. When my favorite baseball cap won't fit, it's time (fitted cap - no adjustment). Walked over to the grocery store after, and bought some soda, cat food, and some cat toys (balls with rattles). Got the cat fed, then threw the balls across the floor. She loved them! That kept her busy for a couple of hours. Now, they're all lost - batted under or behind something, or somehow under a door and into a closed room. Someday I'm going to move a major piece of furniture and find everything all my cats have knocked behind it.

There are a couple dozen balls the cats have. Can't find any, but they have them. Last time I looked for them there 5 or 6 under the stove, 3 or 4 under the fridge. Under furniture and so on. I have watched them knock the balls back under the stove 5 minutes after I got them out. They do it on purpose. For what purpose I don't know.

I had a doctors appointment today. Doing good. Mowed the lawn for the first time this year. Tomorrow I'll fertilize and turn on the irrigation. Because of the amount of rain we have had so far this year I haven't had to turn it on for a couple of months. After I fertilize the lawn I need to fertilize the trees and shrubs. That's going to be 400 lbs this time. The bigger they get the more fertilizer they need.

She found one in the bedroom. At 2:00 this morning. I mentioned the part about the rattle, right?

Watched a footy match, Greater Western Sidney (Giants) v St. Kilda (Saints). It was not a very good match. It seems kinda like "Meh - why am I watching?". The officiating was bad. The play, while very enthusiastic, was "off". A lot of kicks went off in the wrong direction. St. K. was behind most of the match, sometimes by a lot. The last few minutes were exciting because they came from a 19 point deficit to being only one point down at the last tick.

Can't sleep. I've been watching "Game of Thrones" from the beginning.
