My son and D-I-L got me Robert Simonson's book Modern Classic Cocktails and I've enjoyed many of the cocktails i that book. The Paper Plane (bourbon, aperol, lemon juice, and amaro nonino in equal measures - tastes like grapefruit!) is pretty good. Tommy's Margarita is nice.

Tonight, I made a Vieux Carré while I cooked dinner. Delicious.
