Top to bottom are pure copper, brass approximately 67 to 75% copper and 25 to 33% zinc, copper-silver alloys of various proportions, and a US nickel coin. The coin is 75% copper, and is bleached out by the 25% nickel content.

Very typical conversion for delivery vehicles. We used to do them. There are duplicate brake and throttle controls. Around here, the Post Office has some Jeeps set up like this.
