We just dropped a new product, out 4in printed Nose Cone!
This comes in 2 variations depending on length 16.5in vs 19.5in.
The integrated sled can handel head end deploy with 2 integrated charge wells so simplify your build.
This nose cone can even be reenforced with a layer of epoxy for harsher conditions and sanded smooth and painted to match any paint scheme.

Definitely printed in PETG,
So far it fits 4in fiberglass beautifully and fits LOC and PML with minimal sanding.
