Welcome back, Jason!

You’re gonna dig the newness in the hobby! Post some pics of your old stuff, everyone like pics.
Thank you! I have refreshed the electronics, recovery and paint on my modified Praying Mantis 4" kit this past week. Back in the day, she was built for my L2 and built very strong!

I will take some photos and post them.

I dusted off the old Transolve P4+ (yes that's a thing), replaced the NiCad and some capacitors and Pyro terminals. It tested in my vac chamber successfully! I'm going to fly it as a recording altimeter for nostalgia.

The rest is an RRC3 with LCD and USB. I'm using single deploy with drogue and redundant drogue at apogee on AUX channel and main is an exhaustless TD-2 separating bolt system with redundant matches. (Not super trusting of matches, but may be better these days).

I'm going to install a camera and tracker (was advised to install tracker by QCRC fellow).

I can't believe how easy this all is now. From programming to testing to Sims. Just wow.

I made some Christmas light Pyro channel testers and programmed the RRC3 yesterday. So much fun!

Looks like you’re jumping back in with all 4 feet. Awesome!
Lol. She is a beast of a well built rocket. The rocket has flown 11 times, with the last flight in 2003. My daughter's are in charge of name/theme/paint and they went with "Major Tom (To Ground Control)". The paint is a hammered pewter. They helped with some soldering and wire routing as well as dipping e-matches.

As long as it comes back intact, I'm happy.

Thanks for the kudos.
