It's a one-time, 25% off discount code that can be used by anybody at any time. In the past, it's often been possible to stack it with other special-occasion discount codes so, for example, it would yield a 15% + 25% = 40% discount. Or better, if you can be patient enough for Thanksgiving holiday sales.
Estes' new web site seems to be smarter about avoiding "over discounting" like that. But not always.
Also, you unfortunately have to go all the way through with placing an order to know whether coupons will work right. It will show them stacking just fine as you go through checkout, then when you go to finalize it, one of them is rejected for whatever reason.
Also, be sure to take their BS "shipping insurance" fee off. They automate that box being checked as a default to scrape a few extra bucks out of the unobservant.
