I think so, it looks like a falcon 9 fairing.

They are extremely light for their size. SpaceX designed them to float and be mostly unaffected by seawater with they can reuse them. Not only are they very expensive, but they take a long time to build. Reuse of the fairings is one reason why they are able to launch so many times in a year, in addition of course to the reusability of the booster itself.
