It's kind of comforting to know that Estes ad copy is still so hilariously straw-grasping, even after all these decades:

Looks like any other swept fin model rocket except for those pads on the fins.

Said pads are the very opposite of aerodynamic performance, and the rocket in general looks over-finned to me.
