As I watched it coming down I thought the same thing. How did the flyer expect it come down at the launch site. But with that high a ceiling rockets landing in the neighborhood might be common. Great video with great music.
 
I wonder how much damage was done to the roof it landed on.
Only the forward section touched the roof which is 14 inches of 2.6” diameter thin wall fiberglass falling at 8 mph and striking a 26 gauge steel panel fastened to 5/8 CDX plywood decking. So literally none.
Shouldn’t the question be, “How much damage to the paint job did that roof cause?“
 
Wonder what that sounded like on a steel roof. Must have been fun to get down.
