@PSLimo hooked me up with the cone, coupler, switch band, and av bay plates, and @David Schwantz set me up with a longer coupler and an extra tube. Now I need to dude off eBay to ship the tubes and I should be set. I'll mark this found once I have all the pieces.

I got it (as in paid for), but it needs to be shipped. Vaporware until its received.

So ebay seller thecoincollection1620 has shipped the 26" upper tube, but has yet to ship the 54" lower airframe. My alarm bell is beginning to ding, so we will see how this plays out.

Thankfully, @Conway Stevens is my ace in the hole and the reason this thread is now marked found.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll report back once there is an outcome.

Prior to ordering the 8" tubes, I did complete one other ebay transaction with the seller in question, but there were elements of the transaction that left a lot of room for improvement. No urgency to ship in a timely manner, and the part was thrown in a large box with no care.

Positive vibes, hoping for the best.

@harpman ... I have nearly a full 8" rocket kit left over that I designed. Our club built and launched 3 of them several years ago. I'll be at LDRS but I'm flying from NM to NY. There's a slight chance someone is headed that way.
