Folks still looking for a place to stay for LDRS 42 - or that maybe would consider switching to a place closer to the launch site - here is a new airbnb that is the closest place around, at 1.5 miles away as the rocket flies. Closer than either of the campgrounds. But its upwind, so not in the splash zone! If you're looking, give it a look:

For anyone looking for a last minute place to stay, this airbnb is available again. The folks that had booked it had to cancel.

Closest (accommodation) to the pad! The launch site is literally 1.25 miles due east from the house.
