I had a chute release with a sticky catch that wouldn't spring back into the pivot. I emailed JL about it, and said that since I didn't have the sales receipt, I expect to pay for parts and service. John Beans promptly replied that they fix these things for free, and to mail it in. It was delivered on Monday last week, and on Saturday John emailed that it has a new case and mechanicals, and is on its way.
