Ya that was the idea i had that made this work. those trekkie ships are pretty asymmetrical and what are you going to do with the opposite side of the main body to balance the flight forces.I love the shuttle craft venteal fin.

Swung, and tested. Seems to fly fine without any additional weights. You could think of that saucer as an extra ~15g weight on the nose. Nosecone total weight is 28g.Another goony fan here! Given enough nose weight to move that CG way up, it will fly just fine. *DO* swing test in different orientations to be sure.
Sunday. On a C6Throw in some matter and antimatter and light this candle!
What’s mass with motor ready to fly?Sunday. On a C6
video proof coming soon. hopefully. i'm really bad at making videos
A few nanoliters of Corbomite usually does it for me. Don’t overdo it or you could lose the use of the launch fieldI think it just needs a nickel or two glued in the nose.
Nose weight solves 9 out of 10 issues. For that other 1... you may have to revert to witchcraft.I think it just needs a nickel or two glued in the nose.
Or even worse than necromancy...a mindsim.Nose weight solves 9 out of 10 issues. For that other 1... you may have to revert to witchcraft.
Mindsim vs Witchcraft.... Some would argue they are the same thingOr even worse than necromancy...a mindsim.
they are. they're just friction fit into the tube.My mindsim says make those 3d printed inserts in the tube fins removable for flight....
