Time to start the down-sizing of the collection. So, we start with a shrink wrapped NCR Quasar NG from 1992.
Catalog description:
Still in the original shrink wrap
From the 1992 North Coast Rocketry catalog:
The NCR Quasar NG is the “Next Generation” Quasar from the old Centuri days. This version is updated for the 1990s with through the wall fins, plastic tail and nose cone, custom decals, and outboard motor pods that can accommodate MRC FX smoke motors if so desired (up to six motors per flight). It’s rugged construction and futuristic “Buck Rogers” will appeal to novice and experienced modelers alike.
Recommended Motors:
F25-4, F50-4, G40-7, G80-7
Length: 43”
Diameter: 4”
Weight: 22 oz
Approx. altitude on G40-7: 950’
$250 includes shipping (lower 48 states) and insurance. Too high? Shoot me best offer.
Look for more OOP kits in the coming weeks (NCR, FSI, Estes, Rocket R&D, and more. Hit me up with any questions.
