First HPR design - the Star Gazer

Here is what I have cooked up for a HPR scratch build. I know it looks a lot like an LOC Expediter, it uses many of the same parts. I took the name from the song by the band Rainbow

This will be a motor deploy rocket, I am just getting started in High power, right now the only other 38mm rocket I have is a mini magg, so I want to spread out the 38 mm motor burning duties.

So take a look, let me know what you think and feel free to build it your self this image has colors applied so it is not all one color.
