My name is Jason, TRA# 8500. I am returning to rocketry after a 20 year break. My teen girls are interested in the old rockets in the basement, so it's time to dust them off and get back out!
Cheers,
J

Thank you! I have refreshed the electronics, recovery and paint on my modified Praying Mantis 4" kit this past week. Back in the day, she was built for my L2 and built very strong!Welcome back, Jason!
You’re gonna dig the newness in the hobby! Post some pics of your old stuff, everyone like pics.

RRC3 for primary, Transolve P4+ for nostalgia and to record altitude. I have the LCD and USB for the RRC3. I am also using an exhaustless TD-2 for main. Also a tracker and a runcam 4k.Beautiful, y’all are going to have fun!
What electronics are you using?
Lol. She is a beast of a well built rocket. The rocket has flown 11 times, with the last flight in 2003. My daughter's are in charge of name/theme/paint and they went with "Major Tom (To Ground Control)". The paint is a hammered pewter. They helped with some soldering and wire routing as well as dipping e-matches.Looks like you’re jumping back in with all 4 feet. Awesome!
Thank you. You're definitely an advanced rocket man.
