Can anybody tell me the depth of the o-ring groove on a 54mm nozzle? I know the o-rings are 3/32" thick...

O ring on what vendor's 54mm Nozzle ? Sounds like your asking about a Snap Ring Motor...

Just note with o-ring grooves - make sure you make the width at least as wide as recommended. That's even more critical than depth for high pressure applications.
